I sell health insurance for a living, and most states offer some sort
of a high-risk or low income health insurance plan that you can apply
for. As long as you get a letter of decline from a legitimate health
insurance company, you usually can get approved for a plan like this
through your state. I'm assuming this is a scam, like the rest of
you, though...
