What kind of inputs do you have on your monitor? Is it a professional
A/V monitor with RGBHV, RGBH, RGB inputs? or a computer monitor with
VGA inputs? Sometimes with RGB signals, you have to combine the H and
V signals to get a composite signal and plug it into the H input on
the monitor.
Another thing that can cause the V-hold problem is old caps. If you
are using an old arcade monitor, you could do a cap kit on it.
But best to look at what kind of signal inputs you are using first.
