Two points:

1. The dollar is now so weak that the vast majority of things seem to be
closer to the 70-80% mark of their dollar equivalent, not the 100% as it
was
a few years ago.

2. MS released Xbox at £300. Five people bought it, so after a few weeks
they promptly looked like complete idiots by dropping it to £200 and
avoided
angering people by giving all the early adopters free games and pads. I
don't see them making this mistake again.

Given this, I expect £199, with £249 being an absolute maximum.
