I have been suggested several services like this, some even free of 
charge. But I would not feel comfortable building a public web interface 
on top of what is essentially a service for an individual end user.

I might be even their violating terms & conditions.

I'm looking for a complete "I Have" feed to plug into my ISP's INN server.
These does not come for free or at $10/month. It's more about $1000/month.
