Can't give you any advice because I can't dive nearly that fast, but one 
thing I want to ask:

Is this really best race for a Ranger? When I played rangers I choose 
races with very high shooting skills. I even use RoAccuracy over RoDam 
often because they make so big difference in shooting. IIRC Half Troll 
has worst shooting skill of all races.
