I actually prefer Kobold to Hobbit.  The stealth is the same, and
RPois more than makes up for the lack of INT.

Right now I'm playing Kobold Ranger.  I don't know if it's easier than
Rogue in V 3.1.0--the vastly weakened archery damage makes a big
difference.
