I don't know Z, but this sounds really wrong to me. Even with a warrior,
there are usually enough staves of speed so that I fight with a +10 temp
speed
boost for all im****tant fights. The non-linearity of speed means that
there
is not that much difference between speed +46 and speed +33. It comes to
about 13% in V. Ring slots are precious. If one speed ring gets me to
+20
perm speed, I rarely use another.
