I don't see it.   The code is (abbreviated):

    k =3D critical_norm(..., damroll*tot_dam_aux)
    k +=3D o_ptr->to_d;
    k +=3D p_ptr->to_d;

The critical damage only applies to base dam * bonus; the  chance of
damage depends on weight, total +to_hit and player level.
