Hmmmm.... I seem to be wrong in that. Just checked what that "dam" in 
critical code hit is. It isn't entire damage as I suspected, but only 
weapon dice with slays.

With missiles it does multiply entire damage (reasonable, considering 
that missile dice is so small).

I don't think it would change much if melee is changed so that it also 
multiplies entire weapon damage, not only dice. All it takes is to swap 
two lines in attack.c (or cmd1.c in old version). It would still leave 
out other than weapon bonuses, so difference wouldn't be extremely big.
