Critical hits in vanilla multiply entire damage, not only dice+slay. So
it does quite a bit critical damage.

That is why I made Durin&Celeborn as combo. Durin has rConf. Without
rConf I wouldn't use it either.

With Sting, I agree. With Durin not.

Slay or no slay doesn't matter. Criticals multiply entire damage unless
this has been changed in dev-version. See cmd1.c.

3*4*2.5 = 30 vs only 10, so that makes quite a bit difference.

Checking code... I was pretty sure prot from evil did protect against
higher monsters too, but code shows that it doesn't. You need to be
higher level than monster in order it to be effective.
