I think that is enough, but not sure. I would use Durin (and with it 
Celeborn), because critical hit difference between Durin and Sting is 
considerable. Also you get one banishment activation, which can be 
useful in final fight. Speed might also be a problem because you don't 
have perfect saving. Maybe another RoS (over +5 to have any meaning) and 
Hammerhand to compensate CON loss.

Narya activation could also be useful. It lasts so long that combat is 
over before it runs out.
