I would swap to Westernesse (and regen amulet) no matter what else is
considered.

The one with rConf definitely if elvenkind is chosen.

Question is which is worse, confusion or blindness. High-Elf has rLight,
so Hithlomir would give only rDark. Which is bad too, but only 50% as
bad as both (obviously). For both you need cure. CCW is enough for both.
There are confusion hitters but no dark hitters which might make
confusion more im****tant (Hummerhorns).
