But max price affected by CHR is not a bad idea. With really low CHR you 
could get even max price lowered, not only what items sell for.

Currently there is stat-range of 3-40, so midway is at 18/35 (21.5). 
Lets say 18 as midway stat when you get current max purse. More and you 
get bigger, less and you get smaller.

It's minor, but there is no reason why not. At least I don't see reason 
why not.

Of course then Half-Troll warrior would have really bad purses for all 
shops and High-Elf mage would have really good purses.

(BTW. Why is warrior CHR so low? I parse CHR as "coolness" factor, and 
beginner mage would be much less impressive than beginner warrior).
