Whoever said Angband was supposed to be fair? The max price is what it
is.  I occasionally restart a game because no shopkeeper is selling ?
Recall.  I have never restarted a game because Ithil-Mak won't pay me
more than 5K for a Defender that neither I nor any other player would
ever use.
