I'm going to semi echo The Wanderer and say that the single element
DSM is nice early on because of the activation.  It's also nice
because it doesn't get its AC reduced by acid.

*After* I have armor that isn't affected by elements then I would
probably sell the DSM, but before that I pop on the DSM even if it
affects my movement.
