I had forgotten all about the Tomb of the High Kings...since I
restarted playing, I haven't gone there once (haven't even gotten
close to reaching the eternal guardian either, so I guess it's not a
big deal :P).

I just finished all of the dwarf quests, and usually my pattern from
there is water temple, then ToEF. Should I do the tomb before the
tower?
