You can't increase the terminal size to get bigger dungeons. But you can 
increase the font size to get a bigger ADOM window. To do so, open the 
".adom.cfg" file and add the following lines:

Font_Size=25

You can change the font too with this parameter:

Font_Name=Courier

Courier and 15 are the default values. This is a "hidden" feature, 
because I plan to add a real font selection window to ADOM.
