From what all Ive read if you have willpower at 99 it means you will
pass almost all the rift checks - well Im testing that out and it
doesn't seem to be the case.
I have:
blessed climbing set
99 willpower
100 climbing
98 courage
Ive tested this condition many times and sometimes I still break LOTS
of stuff - and no Im not burdened either.
What gives?
