Well, it's a matter of who would use the skill more.  A wizard is less 
likely to be in the combat situations necessary to train the dodge skill, 
and also more likely to rely on other things that improve DV (spear + 
****eld) so is not going to have the same increases as more
melee-orientated 
classes that fight more aggressively with less DV from other sources.
