Hi All,
I'm currently visiting Ancardia as a level 21 Dark Elf ranger. After
several years of playing the game, I haven't had a victory. I'd like
this guy to be the one who finally lets me post a YAFVP on this group.
But I'm stuck. At this point, I think I've been everywhere in the
game that I can reach without running into something that requires a
prayer and a blessed potion of ultra healing just to run away from.
To be explicit, I've finished all of the early game content; I've made
several journeys into the ID for experience and treasure; I've got the
RotHK; I've pillaged Darkforge, the Gremlin Cave, found Blup's mother,
and visited the grandfather of all Assasins. I am a crowned Champion
of Law (I got the underwhelming True Shot and the more pleasing shock
immunity). I've freed the spirit of Griff and saved Khelavaster (not
that really set on trying for an ultra ending). And I've gotten down
to the currently impassible flaming portal in the CoC.
I also made it to the top of the ToEF, but got turned back. I just
couldn't hang with all of the fire elementals, on top of the constant
HP loss from the heat (wearing elemental gauntlets and and ring of
ice).
Any advice (spoilers are fine)?
