It's very hard to improve because other defense-improving stuff gets in
the
way. The best way to train it is the not wear ****elds, get Dex as low as
possible (and generally reduce your DV as low as possible), put tactics to
Berserk and run around barbarians in the wilderness as they shoot arrows
at
you. A bit tedious, but you'll train it a little eventually.
