There is a guaranteed way of getting tele****t
control. Go to the ID and descend to at least
level 3. Blink dogs are never generated before
level 3. I usually seem to have better luck on
levels 6-7. Just repeatedly climb and descend
the stairs until a blink dog is generated in
the room with you. Make him hostile but don't
kill him, wait until he summons then kill the
summoned BD's.
