 As a reminder, I will re-state the question.

MAHJONG CASH:  REAL OR MISTAKEN TRANSLATION?

 Rather than going into lengthy explanation I will just go back to
"history" that links Ma Daio and Mah-Jong.

Here is what was written by Lu Rong fora 38-card deck.

100 million [Ten Thousand Myriad] guan is Song Jiang, [nicknamed]
Defender of Righteousness.

500000 [[50 Myriad] guan is Lu Zhishen, the Tatooed Monk.

You see? the myriad Cash was each personified, like Johnny Cash.

Mahjong Cash is related to Defender of Righteousness and Tatooed Monk.
That sounds like as real as Uncle Joe!
