Encephalons provide a task pool equal to their rating but when decking
the pool goes into hacking pool directly, but what constitutes decking?
Sure, when doing a true matrix run, that is decking, and so is a matrix
search, but programming then? Or should I be able to use the task pool
when doing a search?
