Hydraulic Rams replace the myomar fibers as the motive power of a 
cyberlimb.  In theory this means that you can't have both the Hydraulic 
Rams and Thickened Myomar options.

Of course you can justify damn near anything, if you think hard enough. 
  It should be possible to add hydraulic rams in conjunction with myomar 
bundles, where one gives power and the other speed.  This is similar to 
real limbs which mix white muscle fibres for fast movements with red 
muscle fibres for strength.

The only definitive answer is: It's up to the GM :)
