Well, it might be difficult for a Hermetic mage to draw the circle
required, and I shudder to contemplate the size of a Force-6 Conjuring
Library in Braille... but other than that, I don't see any reason why
sight would be required. (Of course, I personally hate mages because of
all the hoopla needed to summon - not that any of my shamans ever
summoned a spirit lol - so my memories are just the teensiest bit fuzzy
about this)
