Adept powers allow you to gain stat increases that apply to dice pools
without
increasing the amount of experience it takes to make the base
Attribute/Skill
better. The advantage is that you can gain increases, and then start game
with
lower actual stats while still rolling really well. When you get into the
normal
experiences costs this can be really useful.
