Can you magically heal spell drain in SR4?
SR3 pretty specifically states it (page 162 last paragraph under "Drain")
and is pretty easy to find.
SR4..either you can, or the rule saying you can't is hard to find.
So, can you or can't you, and if you can't, where does it state this?
