That was one of those insights I found back when I was doing free rpg 
reviews. Many game designers design for themselves instead of their
players 
(I'm really only slightly different). But even more than that (and
something 
I don't do)- they design for themselves as GM an not as player.

A GM needs are rather different than a player's.
