To some degree, yes. But while I think immersive play is the worst type of

play for evil characters, I don't consider it the only type of
BadWrongFun.

Basically GM's must run those characters for completely different ends
than 
a tradition player would run his. If they are not, then they are running 
them as a player and thus earn my disapproval every bit as greatly any 
player would.

Serial Killer does not exit as far as I know, it's a made up example. As
is 
my CSI example because I asked for the gore to be removed although that
may 
or may not be issue IMO- haven't decided.
