I need to replace England in a novice standard game with the position
above where England is going into Winter of '01 with 2 builds pending,
having taken both Brest and Norway. Sail-Ho fans should take notice as
Italy promises to be a strong power, occupying Greece rather than Tunis
going into the end of 1901. This game could shake out to be a real
sea battle.
