So far I haven't seen it useful in CoreWar. Have you tried to write it 
in Redcode? I wonder if it's possible at all... Parallel processes in 
CoreWar are so parallel that this implementation would be much more 
predictable than your code, I'm afraid.
On the other hand it's not the problem in CoreWar, because CW RNG should 
be rather quick than uncrackable.
