Your processor is certainly enough, as is your system memory.  The only
thing that would seriously concern me is the Intel Extreme Graphics 2
since
it is not mentioned on the Doom 3 box as a sup****ted chipset.  And if it
did
run, I'd have to wonder how badly, or what you might need to do to make it
playable.
