I think the default command line arguments would not work correctly for 
me, I had to change some around. Its normal node builder sucks and has 
bugs, you are best off building with bsp 5.x and then glbsp just for the 
gl nodes. Supposedly it just plugged in another builder like zennode or 
bsp, but the author screwed something up.
