Generally there's not much to it, other than opening DEFAULT.CFG and
setting "use_mouse" to 1, or, more conveniently, using SETUP.EXE to
configure the mouse.
Unless you mean the Doom95 executable, where you have to enable it from
the launcher, hitting the Configuration button on the lower right and
going to the Mouse tab, where there is a box you need to check.
