Since the demons are from wherever Hell is, their incursion onto Mars
counts
as an invasion. Had they been regular residents of Mars when the UAC
arrived,
and the Space Marines started attacking them, the UAC would be the
invaders.
Had they come to Mars just to set up some beach umbrellas and get a tan,
then
went home, then it wouldn't be an invasion. It would be a vacation. Of
course,
they'd need to get injections to avoid Earth-type diseases (like War of
the
Worlds) and need a vaccination and/or immunization.
Had they come to Mars bearing technological gifts that upset the Earth
economies and led to rapid devaluation of paper money, it wouldn't be an
invasion, it would be inflation.
Had they come to Mars and staged an episode of "Trading Spaces: Mars",
then it
would be redecoration.
If they came to Mars and staged a magic show, it wouldn't be an invasion,
it
would be prestidigitation. If they staged a play instead, it would be a
dramatization. Music? Syncopation and vocalization.
If they came to Mars, set up pulpits, preached about Satan, and got
converts,
it wouldn't be an invasion, it would be proselytization to increase their
congregation.
If they sat on the photocopiers and made copies of their butts, it would
be
duplication.
If they spilled many different paint hues on themselves, it would be a
variegation.
If their luggage was in a large box suitable for placing on the back of an
eighteen-wheeler or on a train car, it would be a containerization.
If they meant to go to Europa but landed on Mars, it's disembarkation at
the
wrong destination. Getting back might be a real tribulation leading to
ulceration.
Maybe they'd like to do touristy things like make soap in one of
those Colonial-style theme parks in the USA. That's saponification.
Resurrection of Evil *is* an invasion. It's also a continuation.
And if they didn't come ot Mars at all, and the humans just kept looking
at
l33t pr0n on their PDAs, then there'd just be masturbation.
