DOOM 2 help....

Just bought the DOOM, DOOM 2 and Ultimate DOOM pack....

It has been a long while since I played this so I am looking for good
level walkthroughs.

also....  In these games is there a way to make my guy jump or crouch
?

When I hit help ( F1 ) I dd not se anything that indicated a
jump/crouch key ...
