I have recently up-graded my machine to the following spec:
AMD Athlon XP 2200
Gigabyte RZ Motherboard
512mb Ram
Soundblaster Live sound card
XFX GeForce 6800 GT 256mb Graphics Card
Windows XP Pro SP2
Everythings fine until I go to exit DOOM 3. After playing DOOM 3 I
click on the exit button and a window pops up asking me if i'm sure I
want to leave DOOM 3, I click on yes and everything freezes up. The
mouse pointer won't move and the whole thing crashes. The only way to
close the game is to do an ctrl/alt/delete and close it that way.
I get exactly the same problem with MEDAL OF HONOR but curiously I
don't get it with HALO. Halo performs faultlessly.
