Maybe you should upgrade your Vidcard, 9200 is too weak I think. Also look
up some websites (you can find the proper link in one of the threads
below)
and look for more ways to increase your FPS. setting the Vidsettings to LQ
still is a hit on your machine, and you can squeeze alot of FPS out by
tweaking your config ;) :).
