There's a project to "****t" KDITD to Doom 3, named "Classic Doom
for Doom 3".

The mood is rather different from the original. They used lots
of ****ny metallic surfaces and very stark dark/bright contrast.
It looks more like _Alien_ than Doom but the screenshots are
worth looking at.
