Any other games like checkers and xiangqi where the best a world
champion like tinsey and Xu Yin-chuan could do is force a tournament
draw on a computer? Today in shogi, go, and arimaa the world champion
would always beat the computer in a tournament.

What is the difference between "strongly solved" and "we will solve
all 3- move openings"?

Do you think tinsey on his best day could win 1 game out of 100
against today's chinook? Today's chinook will have its 10 piece
databases and solved over 9 of the 3 move openings.
