XieXie Master -- a recommendation

Hi,

I thought that I'd post this here as the group is largely dead and could 
do with some traffic.

I recently bought XieXie Master (http://www.cc-xiexie.com/home.php),
and 
have been very impressed with the software and with the customer support 
by the author. It's currently Windows-only, but apparently there is the 
possibility of Linux and MacOS X versions in the future.

The latest version of the software is $35, and is well worth paying. The 
program seems to be one of the strongest in the world, but I can't judge 
it too well as my own level of Xiangqi is very low!

My virus scanner falsely identified a virus in the full paid version of 
the software, but after contacting the author I found out that this is a 
known problem with the method he uses to add licence keys to the software.

So don't worry!

I'm not affiliated with XieXie Master, just a very happy customer. I 
thought that having this post on the newsgroup might help anyone else who 
was looking for a computer opponent.
