Look for the "Syllabus" series.  I really like it.  There were also
some PDF texts on the Web but I've lost the reference; dig around for
them.

XieXie is certainly very good and very strong.  There is an excellent
free version and the "pay" version isn't that expensive.

I still like Club Xiang Qi.
