Indeed as the other responder has said, go to a "Chinatown" ---
certainly in London there must be a large community.  A set is very
easy to find, often in a Chinese book store, and quite inexpensive.  I
have obtained sets in both San Francisco and Honolulu.  A wooden set
of the size you list cost only US $10.  I think I have three of them
now :)
