CIA agents in the USA use the same kind of immunity I have from
INTERPOL arrest warrents that Marcus Roberts does! CEASE fire! I never
kidnapped anyone. These CIA agents were on the Italian Diploamtic
LIST. They are immune from extradition, just like Marcus Roberts.

Italian judge: Berlusconi to testify in CIA kidnap case

An Italian judge has decided that Premier Silvio Berlusconi will be
called to testify in the trial of several Americans and Italians
charged with kidnapping a terror suspect during a CIA operation.
Berlusconi is considered a key witness because he was premier when
Egyptian cleric Osama Moustafa Hassan Nasr disappeared in February
