My name is Marcus Roberts. I am a citizen of the Federation of St
Kitts and Nevis and the United States of America. A FELONY arrest
warrant was presented by INTERPOL to the United States of America at
my embassy in Wa****ngton for my arrest due to my ALLEGED communication
with Kirsan Ilyumzhiinov, President of FIDE, the world Chess
Association. The United States REJECTED the arrest warrant due to my
diplomatic immunity. I was told indirectly by IOC President Dr. Rogge
(who flew to Wa****ngton to complain about me and threatened to BEAT
THE **** OUT OF ME if I flew to Germany as an Ambassador next
November) that I was wanted and he demanded treaty enforcement for my
arrest. Cooperation between the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis and
INTERPOL is very im****tant, and I request you respond to me about the
status of the ARREST warrant which you are unable to serve in the
United States.
I am a CAREER Ambassador of St Kitts and Nevis. My written
communications enjoy ABSOULTE DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY. Mr. Paul Troung, an
American, probably faked e-mails in my name. If you wish to complain
about my alleged statements, I suggest you contact Prime Minster
Douglas.
In any event, I request you respond to me if you still consider me a
fugitive, so that I can properly apply diplomatic immunity to the
remaining felony charges. Failure to respond could result, eventually,
in our nations refusal to comply with your extradition requests.
