offical acts immunity in diplomacy

See Diplomatic Agent and note 2. For US nationals, immunity exists for
offical acts. United States v.
Roberts (1/2008) seems to prove that.

What amazes me is that Condie Rice or her staff would not accept me as
a diplomatic agent
unless I was an AMBASSADOR. Then, she denies I am an Ambassador.

Rogge issues a felony warrent, I stop it with immunity, and he
threatenes to BEAT THE **** out of me
in Gemrany.

Marcus roberts
Ambassador of St Kitts and Nevis, at Large
