His ISP can terminate his access for the offense, and USENET can terminate
the ISP's propagation (UDP) just the same.
It's one thing to be unpopular, quite another to attempt to monopolize it
through off-topic SPAM, as one individual is trying to do here.

Beware! VH-1's "The Pickup Artst" was FRAUDULENT. Six of the eight
