Larry Parr has got it wrong. Take a look at what Susan Polgar actually
says on her Blog:
"CPS did a thorough investigation of these completely fabricated
charges. They interviewed my children numerous times. They also
interviewed their school teachers, school nurse, doctors, and school
principal, etc. Do you think that CPS would not step in to prevent
this if the charges are true? All the bogus charges were dropped."

I happen to have a birds eye view into this case, because I have a
very similar case in the same court before the SAME JUDGE, involving
three of my children who are living with their mother in Queens. The
Judge on the Polgar case is Mildred Negron, the same judge as is on my
case in the Queens Family Court.
Amazing coincidence !!
Do a search and you will see that our cases are before the same judge
in the same court.

I have been trying in every possible way to get that judge to order a
Child Protective Services investigation into my three children in
Queens whom I know to be in danger.
I cannot even get an investigation started.
Now, take a look at what Susan says:
"They also interviewed their school teachers, school nurse, doctors,
and school principal, etc."
You can be sure that her case is not a simple, routine child custody
case. In order to get all this fire power brought in, there had to be
serious evidence of child abuse. The fact that the a judge of the
Queens Family Court issued an order of protection directing Paul
Truong and Susan Polgar not to abuse Susan's children puts it far
beyond any normal child custody case.
I will give you an example from my own kids. About three months ago,
my wife was walking our six-year-old daughter to school. My daughter
tripped on the street curb and bumped her head. When my daughter got
to school and the teacher saw the bump on her head, ACS was called.
They immediately came right to my house, questioned my daughter, my
wife and so on. Then they were required by law to make home visits
once a week for the next two months. Then they were required to issue
a final report. After 60 days the visits stopped. That was the end of
it. The case never went to court.
Now, look at the Polgar Case. Teachers, doctors, nurses, the school
principal, lawyers and so on were all brought into court. Reports
made, orders issued. Extensive hearings went on over a period of
months. Obviously, what we are talking about here is a serious top
level case of child abuse. Then, Paul Truong writes that "the charges
were dropped". Charges like this are never completely dropped. They
go into a central registry somewhere. The next time the Polgars get
into trouble, they will be brought up again.
So, what did the Polgars do? THEY MOVED TO TEXAS !!!
That should tell you the story of what really happened right there.
