I am sure that Joel Channing himself will tell you "every time he
drinks a cup of coffee he charges it to the USCF". He calls that being
frugal.
On the other hand, during my one year on the board, I never charged
the USCF for a drink or a meal of any kind. My expenses were by far
the lowest of any board member.
